March 14, 1947-March 1, 2013 John Gustafson, beloved minister, father, grandfather, husband, brother, and son, was born March 14, 1947, in Portland, OR, to Stanley and Betty (Miller) Gustafson. He loved his siblings and neighborhood, attended Whitaker Elementary and Madison High where he was involved in theatre production. He also was a member of Northeast Baptist Church. It was at a Vacation Bible School as a youngster that he came to know Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior, and committed his life to ministry.
