Everyday Inspirations: Over the worst after over-the-counter mistake

I consider myself to be intelligent (stop snickering). So when I realized yesterday what I’d been doing for 10 of the past 14 months, I hung my head in shame. “Negligent self-medicating on OTCs” (over-the-counter medications) is apparently such a common misbehavior among us, it has an official name! Pretty darned demoralizing. My situation? I’m allergic to dust, fragrances, foods, and myriad other things, all year long, which affects me from scalp to toenails … but let’s stick to the respiratory area.
