As the full force of Obamacare draws near, Roseburg attorney Derek Simmons spoke again Monday at a Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon about the health care law. Simmons recalled that he first talked to a chamber audience about health care reform just before the birth of his daughter.
