ROSE On a buzz Victory is celebrated in many ways, some of them less traditional than others. The Oakland High School boys basketball team decided to mark its Class 2A state basketball championship in a style that’s hard to miss. Players allowed Saturday night’s 60-54 victory over Irrigon at the Pendleton Convention Center to go to their heads — more specifically, their hair. Each athlete now sports a Mohawk cut.
