ELKTON Elkton spelling bee winners Elkton Charter School has released the names of the classroom winners of the school’s spelling bee. The winners were fifth-grader Aspyn Luzier of Oakland, seventh-grader Joseph Childress of Drain and eighth-grader Breanna McKamey of Elkton.
