ROSEBURG Booster club hosts banquet Former Oregon secretary of state candidate Knute Buehler will be the guest speaker at the Roseburg High School Booster Club Banquet on Thursday. The fundraiser starts with a social hour and silent auction at 5:30 p.m. at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2110 S.W. Frear St., Roseburg. Dinner and an oral auction will start at 6:30 p.m. Proceeds from the banquet and auctions will benefit the booster club, which helps provide scholarships for Roseburg High seniors and supplies for classrooms and sports teams.
