SUTHERLIN — While continuing its uncertain courtship with Douglas County Fire District No. 2, the City Council likely will continue looking for alternatives. The council will meet this evening, and the agenda includes a recommendation from City Manager Jerry Gillham to investigate how other cities deliver fire and ambulance services.
