A young Roseburg man is in jail today after being stunned with a Taser while running from police on Saturday afternoon. Ryan Michael Williams, 23, was spotted in a business parking lot in the 1900 block of Northeast Stephens Street by officers who thought he matched the description of a burglary suspect, according to a police report. After allegedly giving officers a fake name, Williams fled on foot for several blocks, before police caught him and used the Taser on him.
