DAR custodian offers program The Umpqua Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will have a no-host luncheon and meeting at noon Saturday at Chi’s Garden Restaurant, 528 S.E. Stephens St., Roseburg. Guest speaker Becky Taylor is the DAR’s custodian. She will present a program about DAR pins and ribbons. Those interested in DAR or the presentation are invited to attend.
