Woods-Yarbrough Christine Woods and William (Billy) Yarbrough were united in marriage Sept. 29 at the Winston Community Center. The Rev. Charles Jordan of Westside Christian Church officiated the ceremony, which was followed by a reception. Christine is the daughter of Clifford and the late Veronika Woods of Phoenix. Christine graduated in 1984 from Maryvale High School in Phoenix. She works at Roseburg Family Medicine. Billy is the son of Norma and the late William Yarbrough of Lookingglass.
