Locks-Saxton Donielle L. Locks and Christopher E. Saxton have announced their engagement and plans to be married June 22 in Sutherlin. Donielle is the daughter of Margie and Anthony Locks of Roseburg. Donielle is a full-time student at Umpqua Community College, majoring in dental assisting. Christopher is the son of Ronelle Turner of Indio, Calif., and Charles Saxton of Beaverton. Christopher is also a full-time student at UCC. He is majoring in culinary arts. …
