Grants broaden student skills
Elkton Charter School would like to thank The Whipple Foundation Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation for awarding us the following grants:
$5,000 for year two of three of the Bully-Free program.
$5,000 to help with the cost of state and national competitions for Future Business Leaders of America, FFA, and Destination Imagination teams.
We also thank The Plum Creek Foundation for its $2,000 grant for equipment for our Land Lab. This equipment will enhance the outdoor hands-on learning of our students.
Lastly, we thank Target for its $700 grant for Elementary School field trips.
Grants like these and the support of our community and alumni through time and donations make it possible for our school to offer these extra opportunities.
We are grateful for the support that helps make education at Elkton Charter School an outstanding experience for our students.
