Altrusa book fair at mall Altrusa of Roseburg will host a Hooked on Reading fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Roseburg Valley Mall 1444 N.W. Garden Valley Blvd. The event will include 14 reading-related booths. Join a Book Walk, enter an inflatable fish to read, enjoy craft booths about reading, or bring a book to exchange for another.
