Dever-Watson Kristen Nichole Dever and Matthew Phillip Watson have announced their engagement and plans to be married July 20 at Romantic River Gardens, Umpqua. Kristen is the daughter of Tom and Lynnette Dever of Roseburg. Kristen graduated from Roseburg High School in 2008 and from Pacific University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science.
