Marshalls, another clothing store, is scheduled for a midsummer opening. “Those two are 100 percent committed,” said John Emmi, a co-owner of the mall and the general contractor for the remodeling project under way on the 65,000 square feet that was vacated by Sears in April 2012. The mall is owned by Emlawa, a company based in Anchorage, Alaska.
