A transient got his wish today after calling 911 several times demanding to be taken to the Douglas County Jail, Roseburg police said. Justin Grant Stalnaker, 34, was cited for misusing of 911 after calling the number multiple times around 4:30 a.m. He was warned to stop calling, and officers seized his cellphone as evidence. Stalnaker then walked to the jail and demanded to be let in. He was escorted away from the premises.
