Three Milwaukie residents were injured after their car spun out of control Christmas morning on Interstate 5 near Canyon Creek. The driver Wendy Connett, 42, of Milwaukie attempted to negotiate a curve while driving south on I-5 at about 10 a.m. Tuesday. The car slid off road and the back end of the car struck a tree. Oregon State Police Lt. Doug Ladd said hydroplaning and worn tires may have contributed to the crash.
