12:48 a.m. — Neighbors were setting off illegal fireworks in the 100 block of Mercy Hills Drive in Roseburg.
2:35 a.m. — A teenage girl was passed out at a party and some boys were planning to sexually assault her in the 300 block of Bramblewood Lane.
6:40 a.m. — A man attempted to open a woman’s car door while she was driving in the 200 block of Adams Loop.
8:55 a.m. — Three starving horses were beginning to eat bark off trees near the 300 block of Happy Valley Road in Roseburg.
10:52 a.m. — A woman was outside crying near the corner of Roberts Creek Road and Twilight Avenue in Roseburg. She said her mother was drunk and threatening to hide all her clothes.
12:41 p.m. — A caller was concerned about three people who arrived in the 2200 block of Kerr Street and were walking around the neighborhood.
2:41 p.m. — A woman complained about her neighbors refusing to keep their chickens and geese contained in the 800 block of Tenmile Valley Road in Tenmile.
3:52 p.m. — A man who appeared very drunk was screaming and breaking out the windows of his car in the 200 block of Stonehenge Lane in Roseburg.
9:11 p.m. — Large underage party in the 300 block of Douglas Street in Yoncalla involved alcohol and cocaine.
10:31 p.m. — A woman reported that her daughter was driving her nuts in the 100 block of Tessia Lane in Myrtle Creek.

5;02 p.m. — A man hit a cat with his car in the 900 block of South Main Street. He asked for an officer to check on the cat because he was too upset.
8:53 p.m. — A caller heard what sounded like a pipe bomb go off in front of a church near the intersection of Northeast Johnson Street and Spruce Avenue.

7:17 a.m. — Police were called to the Social Security office in the 2500 block of Kline Street for a burglar alarm that had been going off for three days.
10:23 a.m. — An elderly man walked out of a gun store in the 2400 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard with a .44 Magnum revolver and left in a red Toyota Corolla.
3:50 p.m. — Three girls in the 200 block of Stewart Park Drive in Roseburg were making provocative comments to strangers and attempting to capture their reactions on video.
3:52 p.m. — A large amount of garbage was building up at a transient camp in the 800 block of Corey Court.
7:03 p.m. — A man was yelling “oh no” over and over near the intersection of Cass Avenue and Southeast Stephens Street.
9:08 p.m. — A man was lying on his side in front of a house in the 1900 block of Douglas Avenue.
9:44 p.m. — Subjects were setting off fireworks near the corner of Fremont Avenue and Northeast Jackson Street.

2:38 p.m. — A man found a box of Christmas ornaments behind his house in the 500 block of Plum Avenue.
6:27 p.m. — A woman’s boyfriend took $100 from her and was heading for the bars in the 500 block of Northeast First Street.
10:35 p.m. — A bunch of kids were fighting in the 500 block of Southeast Everett Avenue.

4:14 a.m. — A man in the 600 block of Mimosa Court reported that a confused elderly man kept showing up on his porch in his housecoat and slippers.

12:01 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident was reported in the 1400 block of Willis Creek Road in Winston.
1:47 p.m. — A small brown pickup rolled off the road following an accident on Highway 138 near Milepost 69. The driver was able to crawl out and was walking around.
7:47 p.m. — A single-vehicle accident was reported in the 9400 block of Lookingglass Road in Roseburg.

1:54 p.m. — Two vehicles were in a collision near the intersection of Airport Road and Stewart Parkway.
Sutherlin Police
11:34 a.m. — Two vehicles crashed in a parking lot in the 1300 block of West Central Avenue. No one was injured.
2:58 p.m. — A man in the 1300 block of East Central Avenue suspected his neighbor had hit his vehicle and driven off.
5:15 p.m. — A vehicle struck a pedestrian in the 1200 block of West Central Avenue.
Winston Police
8:42 p.m. — A vehicle flipped onto its side near Highway 42 and Brockway Road. The driver appeared intoxicated.

Zed Edison, 71, of Roseburg on suspicion of first-degree theft.
Michael Domingo Sabala, 56 of Roseburg on suspicion of two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methadone, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear.
