Roseburg’s new drug-sniffing police dog notched her first felony arrest Thursday, finding marijuana and heroin during a traffic stop on Harvard Avenue. Dora, the Belgian Malinois recently added to the force to help the city enforce drug laws, had made two misdemeanor arrests since she started two weeks ago: one during a home search and the other during a traffic stop.
