Two people believed to be responsible for a pair of recent break-ins in downtown Roseburg were arrested this week on multiple felony counts. On Jan. 7, a homeowner returned from picking up his children at school to find a man, believed by police to be Kevin Renea Davis, in his house in 1100 block of Southeast Main Street. Police say the burglar escaped on foot, but was later spotted by the homeowner walking with a woman, believed to be Ashley Nicole Knee.
