Man accused of disrupting businesses and cursing at receptionist

A 49-year-old transient pounded on windows and caused problems for businesses around 5 a.m. today, Roseburg police said.

David Malcolm Hendrix also cussed at a receptionist at the Windmill Inn in the 1400 block of Mulholland Drive after being told to leave, police said.

Hendrix was arrested on suspicion of violating parole. He was taken to the Douglas County Jail, where he was released around 9:30 a.m. today.
