A Roseburg man was arrested Tuesday morning after officers saw him urinating on a pillar near the gazebo at Gaddis Park, according to the Roseburg Police Department.

At approximately 7 a.m., an officer contacted the man, 44-year-old Eric Donavan Ray, after observing him urinating on the pillar. Ray attempted to hide a syringe as the officer approached, which tested positive for amphetamines during a field test, according to police.

Ray was arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and transported to the Douglas County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

I don't want to see some guy with his junk hanging out and hosing the sidewalk down. Just like I don't want to see a women squatting with her vaginna (had to misspell that because it was considered profanity) hanging out. Isn't that considered sexual harassment? What goes in and out of you isn't for the public to view.

Must be a San Francisco transplant. It's legal there along with public nudity. It's a "Progressive" city.

I don't see the humor in this. Children have to be taught that if they break the law they have to pay the price. Just like if they don't follow the rules at home they get punished.
