A 13-year-old student was cited Tuesday after police say he was dealing marijuana at Fremont Middle School in Roseburg.

At approximately 9 a.m., school officials caught three female juveniles, heading off campus to smoke marijuana. Two of the 13-year-old female juveniles had marijuana on them and a 14-year-old juvenile had marijuana and a vape pen containing marijuana oil in her possession.

All three were cited on suspicion of being minors in possession of marijuana. The oldest juvenile was also cited on suspicion of being a minor in possession of an inhalant system and being a minor in possession of a marijuana product.

While investigating the case, a school resource officer learned that the marijuana had been obtained from another Fremont student. School officials located the 13-year-old male student and police later cited him on suspicion of marijuana delivery to a person under 21.

All four students were cited and released to the school.
