A Pier 1 employee was arrested Thursday on suspicion of more than 50 counts of forgery, identity theft and computer crimes after she allegedly completed 55 fraudulent cash refunds at the Roseburg store.

The employee, Britnee Nikol Case, 26, of Roseburg, allegedly completed the 55 fraudulent refunds since December 2016, stealing over $1,000.

Case was lodged at the Douglas County Jail in lieu of more than $8 million bail. She was arrested on suspicion of first-degree theft, 55 counts of computer crime, 54 counts of first-degree forgery and 54 counts of identity theft.
