Jaymi L. Anderson
Family: Husband of 16 years, Bryan; two daughters, Brook, 10, and Carter, 8
Occupation: Stay-at-home mom
About: Jaymi enjoys interacting with other women and does so through speaking to moms groups in northern Colorado, as well as facilitating a leadership group for high school girls in her church. She also stays busy volunteering at her children's school and teaching English at the Global Refugee Center. When she has time, she enjoys hiking with her family and finds that the kids usually stop whining after the first mile.
Family: Happily married to Matt for 14 years; daughter, Madeleine, 10, and son, Simon, 8.
Occupation: Farmer in Chief and Adjunct Instructor at UNC
About: Claire Boyles has been married almost 15 years, drinks strong coffee, takes kale chips to potlucks and thinks moms need to stick together. Her family recently sold their farm in rural Greeley, and she blogs about the transition back to town on her personal blog, Barnyard to Backyard.
Family: Married with three children, ages 3, 5 and 7
Occupation: Stay at home mom by day and freelance writer for Collingwood Writing Services by night. Our family also owns ProActive Physical Therapy and Exercise Center.
About: I was born and raised in Alaska, which gave me an appreciation for all things independent. My first journal intrigued me at about the age of 8 and I don't think I've stopped writing since then. I like hot tea, amazing children's books, good jeans, traveling and eating out (neither of which we do very often). If you want to know more, check
Family: Married with two children, ages 6 and 8.
Occupation: My most important one is stay-at-home dad. I'm also an author (my first novel is going nationwide this summer), a contributing writer for a national news-commentary website and a part-time software developer and website designer.
About: I grew up in Lakewood, Colo., and came to Greeley in 1992 to attend UNC. After graduating from their business school, I became a permanent Greeley resident, going to work for a local software company and later starting a family. My passion is writing, which you can learn more about at johndalybooks.com.
Family: Husband; three children, Lillee, 10; Grayson, 8; and Matthew, 4
Occupation: Stay-at-home/working mom
About: My time is spent volunteering in classrooms, taking kids to activities and all of the other things moms do. For the last six years, I have helped my husband run his optometry practice by doing the bookkeeping, payroll and staff management. I have a BA in English/Creative Writing from Metropolitan State University in Denver. After completing requirements for a CO teaching license, I began teaching in 1997. I continued on to complete my MA in Curriculum and Instruction in Elementary Ed from CU Denver in 1998. I was an elementary classroom teacher in Ft. Morgan, CO until my daughter was born in 2002. I have maintained my teaching license, though I am not currently in the classroom. I also spend time writing and am currently working on my own project. I consider myself to be a student of life who believes acceptance is the best gift we can give one another.
Family: Husband, Ray; Daughter, Emaleigh, 8, and sons Elijah, 6, and Eydan, 1
Occupation: Stay at home mom
About: I have been blessed to be able to be married to my best friend, Ray, for almost nine years. Ray always pushes me to not only help our kids reach their dreams but to still strive for mine as well. I have been a stay at home mom for the last six years, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. It is the hardest, yet, most rewarding job I have ever had. I have three beautiful children; two who are in school, and one I still get to love on all day long. I thank God for giving me this great opportunity to share a little bit of my life with others. Check out my personal blog at www.mrsmomdragon.wordpress.com.

About: I grew up in Greeley (GCHS Class of '95!) and have made it so far as the thriving metropolis of Windsor. I enjoy chocolate, books, dogs and a good step aerobics class. I do not particularly care for cats, mayonnaise or mean people.
