DOUGLAS COUNTY Chronic conditions classes begin Weekly classes for people living with lifelong health conditions like heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and depression begin today at the Umpqua Community Health Center, 150 N.E. Kenneth Ford Dr., in Roseburg. Classes will also be available at Tri City Church of Christ, 180 S.W.
