ROSEBURG Altrusa awards scholarship Altrusa International of Roseburg has awarded a $1,500 scholarship to Umpqua Community College student Cody Clark. Clark, who is studying engineering and surveying at UCC, was presented with the scholarship at an Altrusa business meeting on Dec. 16 at Elmer’s Restaurant in Roseburg. She is slated to graduate in the spring with an associate’s degree in engineering and surveying and a professional land surveyor’s license.
