Ach! Celtic Fest — The Douglas County Scots host their annual Celtic Highland Games and Heavy Athletics Competition this weekend at Riverbend Park in Winston. Cave-out — This weekend the Friends of Umpqua Hiking Club tackles the Oregon Caves National Monument and Big Tree Loop outside of Cave Junction. Hikers will meet to carpool at 8 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Douglas County Courthouse behind the library in Roseburg.
