Poets Night Out, a monthly meeting of poets, will devote the Sept. 20 gathering to a member who recently died. Poets will read and share memories of Pearl D. Anderson. Photos of Anderson and a few of her favorite poems will be handed out in tribute. Members are asking for friends to attend, even if they aren’t poets. The room will be decorated with some of Anderson’s favorite items, and people are encouraged to dress up.
