ROSEBURG Free check of safety seats set People can have their child safety seats checked for free 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Clint Newell Motors, 1481 N.E. Stephens St., in Roseburg. No appointment is necessary. A technician will help parents and caregivers learn to install and use child restraints properly. Each car seat check will take about 30 minutes.
