ELKTON Bicyclist hit on Highway 138 A 23-year-old man whose bicycle was struck from behind by a sport utility vehicle on Highway 138 near Elkton Monday was listed in fair condition today at Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield. Oregon State Police report Dio Lee Paddock of Elkton was eastbound on a small BMX-style bicycle one mile east of Elkton at 9:45 a.m. Monday when he was hit by a Nissan Xterra driven by John R.
