Motorists traveling north on Interstate 5 should expect lane closures Wednesday and Thursday nights as workers repair a girder undernearth the Garden Valley Boulevard overpass.

All ramps at the interchange will remain open, and traffic on Garden Valley Boulevard will not be disrupted, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.

The girder was damaged by a vehicle. ODOT asked drivers to watch for traffic-control signs and drive with caution.
