DOUGLAS COUNTY Late delivery due to inserts By the time you’re reading today’s News-Review, you may have noticed the delivery to your home was a bit later than normal. Today’s paper was delivered later than usual, specifically outside of the Roseburg city limits, due to some production issues. All of our newspaper carriers arrived at The News-Review on time to receive their newspapers, but some delays in our distribution department caused by the increased number of advertising kept us from getting the papers to them earlier.
