The city of Roseburg will shut down a water main Tuesday, affecting 300 water customers in the Winchester area. The shut down is necessary because a 24-inch water transmission lane is being installed between Hooker Road and the water treatment plant on Pioneer Way, according to the city. Businesses and residences on the east side of Northeast Stephens Street between Mary Ann Lane and Fair Acres Lane near Taft Drive will be affected.
