Candidates for a vacant Roseburg City Council seat in Ward 4 will be interviewed at the council’s March 11 meeting. The city will accept applications from qualified candidates through March 1. The appointee will fill the position vacated by Councilor Melissa Smith, who resigned last week because she is moving to Texas.
