The Youth Outreach Center is hosting the second annual Robot Love Parade starting at 4 p.m. Thursday at Eagles Park, 782 S.E. Jackson Ave., Roseburg. There is a costume making workshop at the center, 742 S.E. Jackson Ave., from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday. Kids of all ages can dress up in a robot costume to join.
