Umpqua Community College will hold its third public forum from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Lang Center, 1140 Umpqua College Road, on campus. According to the college, the purpose of the forum is to give community members the opportunity to comment as UCC develops plans for the next five years.
