The Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce will present a discussion of the Affordable Care Act from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday in the Community Conference Hall at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. Featured speakers will include Kelsey Wood of Gordon Wood insurance; Derek Simmons of Watkinson, Laird, Rubenstein and Baldwin law office and Kim Wirtz of Cover Oregon, the state’s health insurance exchange.
