Umpqua Valley disAbilities Network will host an emergency training for individuals with disabilities from 1 to 4 p.m. March 28 in the Douglas County Library, 1409 Diamond Lake Blvd. The course will cover how to establish emergency and medical contacts, handle emergencies, identify and use resources and start an emergency supply kit.
