Kmart employee accused of exploiting Roseburg store

A Roseburg Kmart employee suspected of stealing merchandise from the store over the course of three years was arrested Monday morning, Roseburg police said.

Judi Lynne Grinde, 49, of Roseburg is accused of making fraudulent returns at the store and receiving cash for them. She is also suspected of using false and real customer rewards cards to add benefits to her own card, police said.

She was arrested at the store, 2757 Stewart Parkway, around 11 a.m. on suspicion of felony fraudulent use of a credit card, computer crime, second-degree theft and identity theft.

Grinde was cited and released.
