WELCOME THE SEASON — The 38th annual Spring Fair kicks off from 1 to 9 p.m. today at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2110 Frear St., Roseburg. The fair will continue Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fair features 130 booths of handmade products and live entertainment on three stages.
