Police Logs: Party around a bonfire

These logs are the highlights of initial emergency calls and reports to the Douglas County Dispatch Center. They do not represent all the incidents or their final outcomes.

Sunday

Douglas County sheriff

12:49 a.m. — The caller reported a large party at a bonfire with intoxicated people yelling and shooting guns near Tunnel and Red Hill roads, Glendale.

7:06 a.m. — Five or six cattle were in the road near Nonpareil and Old Pioneer roads, Sutherlin. All of them are black, and the caller was concerned drivers wouldn’t see them.

8:59 a.m. — A car was spray painted in the 900 block of Rolling Hills Road, Roseburg. The caller wanted an officer to respond quickly so she could get the paint off before it dried.

9:15 a.m. — A vehicle was spray painted in the 100 block of Lakewood Court, Roseburg.

10:48 a.m. — The caller said two dogs jumped their mother’s fence, chewed through a cage and killed her dwarf goat and rabbit in the 300 block of Pleasant Avenue, Roseburg. One dog was described as a brown and white pit bull and the other a black long-haired Sheppard mix.

12:21 p.m. — The caller’s garage doors were spray painted during the night in the 100 block of Grayson Street, Roseburg.

1:19 p.m. — The caller said someone sprayed brown paint on his vehicle during the night near Linnell Avenue and Carnes Road, Roseburg.

1:58 p.m. — All of the caller’s outside security cameras were stolen in the 1100 block of Roberts Mountain Road, Roseburg.

5:49 p.m. — The caller said their work truck was being spray painted in the 100 block of Beech Street, Roseburg. The neighbor told her his boat was also tagged.

Saturday

3 a.m. — The caller’s neighbors were lighting fireworks and shooting guns in the 2100 block of Landers Avenue, Roseburg.

4:17 a.m. — A disabled freight truck was in the ditch and blocking traffic near Stearns and Crystal lanes, Oakland.

7:24 a.m. — The caller said it looks like someone took his truck mud running during the night and brought it back in the 100 block of Gentry Loop, Myrtle Creek. There was damage to the bumper and bottles in the back.

10:29 a.m. — Theft of drift boat oars sometime between June and November 2013 in the 100 block of Sonya Court, Myrtle Creek.

2:07 p.m. — The caller said all of the neighbor’s animals are in her yard in the 100 block of Destiny Lane, Myrtle Creek. There are birds, sheep, donkeys and dogs ruining her flowers.

8:40 p.m. — An intoxicated man was staggering in the street in the 2600 block of Old Highway 99 South, Roseburg.

ACCIDENTS

Sunday

Douglas County sheriff

6:04 a.m. — Single-vehicle accident in the 5000 block of South Deer Creek Road, Roseburg. The driver was out of the vehicle and said he was OK.

8:13 p.m. — A gray Subaru hit the cement barrier and slid across both lanes northbound on Interstate 5 near Milepost 148, Oakland. Injuries reported.

8:15 p.m. — Single-vehicle accident northbound on Interstate 5 near Milepost 150. No injuries reported.

FIRES

10:55 p.m. — Structure fire northbound on Interstate 5 near Milepost 86, Azalea. The caller could see a large amount of smoke and possible flames, visible from the freeway.

Saturday

Douglas County sheriff

2:12 a.m. — Two people were injured in a motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of Atkinson Court, Roseburg.

8:19 p.m. — A dark colored pickup was in a ditch southbound on Interstate 5 near Milepost 131, Roseburg. A second vehicle stopped to give assistance. Unknown injuries.

Kelly Jay McKelvey, 31, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and heroin possession.

Sutherlin police

Jay Keith Humpal, 51, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of recklessly endangering another person and third-degree assault.

Frances Michele Kruger, 50, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of recklessly endangering another person and third-degree assault.

Anthony Daniel Morris, 27, of Myrtle Creek, on suspicion of heroin possession and a probation violation.

Oregon State police

Noah D. Nederhood, 28, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and methamphetamine possession.

Matthew Paul Pierce, 29, of Idleyld Park, on suspicion of marijuana possession and unlawful possession of a controlled substance schedule II.

Roseburg police

Dillan Paul Prudhomme, 25, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and a parole violation.

Sutherlin police

William Paul Doran, 27, no address provided, on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a minor, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful manufacturing of marijuana and menacing.

Alicia Marie Humiston-Polley, 27, no address provided, on suspicion of unlawful manufacturing of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer.

Keith Michael Burrell, 23, of Roseburg, on suspicion of reckless driving, two counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants, failure to appear on a criminal citation, second-degree criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person.

Mishael Rae Hewson, 38, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance schedule IV and methamphetamine possession.

Stephanie Jolene Reynoso, 31, of Elkton, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Nicolus Matthew Tymn, 27, of Camas Valley, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and unlawful possession or concealment of firearms.

Oregon State police

Terra Raylene McCormick, 34, of Eugene, on suspicion of heroin possession, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Roseburg police

Dennis Ray Fain, 47, of Myrtle Creek, on suspicion of driving while suspended or revoked.

Jessica Ann Bleyhl, 22, of Eugene, on suspicion of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Jason Alan Chase, 33, of Eugene, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Nicole Leanne Easom, 37, of Myrtle Creek, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, unlawful distribution of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor.
