Police Log: Break-in reported in Green

2:01 a.m. — Four people were trying to break into the caller’s house in the 200 block of Rolling Hills Road, Green.

1:05 a.m. — Burglary in the 500 block of Sweetbrier Avenue, Roseburg. The subjects came in through the back door, which was already damaged. They broke out the rest of the glass to gain entry.

1:11 a.m. — Theft of a bicycle from a neighbor in the 2700 block of Old Highway 99 South, Roseburg.

4:44 a.m. — Two medium-sized dogs were running in the road, and the caller almost hit them near Carnes and Happy Valley roads, Green.

7:38 a.m. — Theft of a puppy in the 600 block of Little Valley Road, Roseburg.

9:56 a.m. — A man fishing on the river found steel traps near Roberts Mountain and Dole roads, Myrtle Creek.

12:14 p.m. — Caller said dogs or coyotes have been killing his livestock in the 900 block of Brumbach Road, Roseburg.

12:16 p.m. — Theft of mail in the 200 block of Maple Street, Riddle.

1:27 p.m. — A bunch of needles, dirty spoons and plastic bags were found on the side of the road in the 2700 block of Old Highway 99 South, Roseburg.

2:40 p.m. — Theft of water services in the 500 block of Gilbert Avenue, Glendale.

11:16 p.m. — Theft of a computer in the 1300 block of North Old Pacific Highway, Myrtle Creek.

2:05 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident in the 200 block of Cleveland Park Road, Roseburg. A Ford Escort was not drivable and partially blocking the lane. No injuries reported.

2:37 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of Creekside Road, Canyonville. No injuries reported.

5:11 p.m. — Single-vehicle accident near Highway 42 and Hoover Hill Road, Tenmile. The subject was lying on the side of the road and appeared to have been thrown from the vehicle.

7:20 p.m. — A trailer caught fire in the 300 block of Bluebird Lane, Canyonville. No one was inside the home.

Tamara Angelina Gutierrez, 28, of Grants Pass, on suspicion of two counts of hit-and-run and driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Justin Ray Kerfoot, 25, of Roseburg, on suspicion of second-degree theft, resisting arrest and harassment.

Mitchell Thomas Richmond, 22, no address provided, on suspicion of third-degree theft, unlawful possession of heroin and a parole violation.
