Lindon was born October 23, 1922, and passed away on Friday, February 21, 2014. He served his country during World War II in Okinawa, Japan as a member of the United States Army.
After the war he moved his family to Roseburg, OR. where he retired from Southern Pacific Railroad after working as a conductor for 30 years.
He had a life-long love of music and played violin and guitar.
He is survived by his wife, Loyce McGee, of Roseburg; daughter, Annette McGee Bacon of Junction City Oregon; and son, Kenon McGee of Vancouver Washington. He was preceded in death by his son, Lonny McGee Sr. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Wilson’s Chapel of the Roses.
