John Ray Cox

John went to Heaven to do the two-step dance with the angels. John was born in Lewiston, Idaho, to Edd and Jackie Cox. He graduated from high school in Walla-Walla, WA. John joined the Army and served his country from 1965 - 1969. He lived in the Roseburg area for many years. John worked at the Sun Studs Mill and Roseburg Lumber as a superintendent.

John is survived by wife, Darlene; father, Edd Cox and Donna; sister, Patti Magalles; daughters: Paula, Rochelle, and Jaqualine; and eight grandchildren. He is preceded in death by son, Bobbie.

He will be missed very much by family and friends. He loved going house boating at Shasta Lake, and he was a great dancer.
