Midge Lee Eidenschink

Age 80, of Roseburg, Oregon, went home to the Lord, on Friday, June 27, 2014 at her home with her family and close friends surrounding her with love. She was born in Sherwood, Oregon, to John and Cecil Strickler.

Midge worked as a bookkeeper with St. Helens School District, retiring in 1988 after 25 years of service. After retiring, Midge and her husband, Ed, enjoyed fishing and traveling in their RV.

Midge was like an emerald shining her light on all who knew her, and will be treasured always. She is survived by her children, Kris (Randy) Clark, Bob (Kim) Dollar, Tom (Cheryl) Dollar, Jon Dollar, and Randy Cade; stepchildren, Bob (Donna) Cade, and Joanne (Mike) Gard; 9 grandchildren, David (Ruth) Clark, Jodie (Rick) Damewood, Matt (Sherrie) Clark, Lisa Dollar, Tom (Kimberley) Dollar, Niki Dollar, Amber (Shane) Dollar-Kimball, Clinton Dollar-Shortreed, and Kristina Dollar-Shortreed; 15 great-grandchildren; extended family; and her dogs, Zoey and Holly.

There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends on Saturday, July 5, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at 360 Trout Loop Road, Roseburg, Oregon.
