Shelby passed away of cancer. She worked at numerous places as a bartender and cocktail waitress in Springfield and Eugene.

Shelby loved the outdoors, gardening, fishing, hunting, camping and also loved reading about her Native American heritage. Her hobbies were crafting leather purses and doing beadwork.

Shelby is survived by her partner and cargiver, Lennie VanDrew; father, David Winship of Roseburg; mother, Trudee Kuykendall and mother’s partner Verne Dowty of Springfield; two sisters Crystal Nyleen (Brad) of North Bend and Molly Winship of Roseburg; and a brother Michael DelGado of Missoula, Montana.
