Tracy (Heidrick) Wenger

July 4, 1962 - January 11, 2013

Tracy was placed, gently, in the arms of her Savior, on Friday, January 11, 2013, at her home, in Ariel, Washington. Survivors include her children, Kelly, Dylan, Makenzi and Cody; husband, Dan; parents, Maxine and Dan; siblings, Tina (Robert) McGuffie of Washington, Lee (Debbie) Heidrick of California, Rick (Susan) Heidrick of Roseburg; Carman (Jay) Leuck of Canby, Mike Dillman of Washington; honorary siblings Dale, Shereen, Kirk and families; Grandma Violet Heidrick of Roseburg; honorary Momma, Auntie Carole; Aunt Debbie, Aunt Michelle, Uncle Glenn (Yvonne), Uncle Gerald; 28 nieces, nephews and cousins; grandbabies Anthony and Cali; her Glide Wildcat family; and friends, near and far.

She was greeted at the gates of heaven, by her dad, Ron.

Tracy attended Glide High School and Umpqua Community College. She loved the challenge of working in the insurance field and was pursued for her ability to untangle numbers. Her career took her from Roseburg, to Bend and Portland.

Tracy was an active member of Pleasant View Community Church. She loved the North Umpqua River, books, knitting and watching her boys play baseball. And oh, how she loved to dance! Her beautiful singing voice and poem compositions will be missed by all who received the gifts of her talents. The angel’s chorus will be stronger, when she joins in. Tracy will be remembered most, for her radiant smile and infectious laughter.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, January 20, at noon, Pleasant View Community Church, 14756 Lewis River Rd., Ariel, WA.

Woodland Funeral Home, 360-225-8441, Woodland, WA, is in charge of arrangements.
