Douglas County sheriff

12:03 a.m. — A person in the 500 block of Mont Street in Canyonville thought they heard a woman scream followed by five gunshots.

8:07 a.m. — A father in Myrtle Creek left marks on his 7-year-old son’s bottom from disciplinary spankings.

8:13 a.m. — A green Suburu Outback was stolen from the 2200 block of Kent Creek Road in Winston after the owner left the key in the console.

8:49 a.m. — Storage units and a nearby mobile home were broken into in the 1500 block of Green Siding Road in Roseburg.

9:05 a.m. — The windows of two buses were broken in the 100 block of Main Camas Road in Camas Valley.

9:09 a.m. — An injured border collie was found in the 100 block of Hill Street in Myrtle Creek.

10:16 a.m. — A man in the 2800 block of Tenmile Valley Road in Tenmile asked if it was legal to shoot his neighbor’s dog for attacking his chickens. He said he’d already warned the neighbor.

12:12 p.m. — A 14-year-old boy and an older man in a trench coat holding an ax were arguing outside a store in the 4600 block of Carnes Road in Roseburg.

1:25 p.m. — A person in Myrtle Creek reported that their mother was taking out utility contracts in their name.

1:30 p.m. — A woman on Reuben Road in Glendale reported that someone was buying her underage sons alcohol.

1:32 p.m. — A person reported being harassed by an employee of a hardware store on Shadow Ranch Lane in Roseburg.

2:33 p.m. — A bicycle was found near the 200 block of Rochester Bridge Road in Sutherlin.

2:52 p.m. — A man in Roseburg reported stalking issues with his dad.

3:44 p.m. — A man in the 200 block of Kimberly Way in Canyonville complained that his neighbor’s cats come onto his property and scare away the birds.

4:12 p.m. — A bulldozer and other items were reported stolen in the 5100 block of Old Highway 99 South in Roseburg.

4:26 p.m. — Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 4100 block of Hanna Street in Roseburg when people came to a house claiming to be from a spraying company and saying the woman at the door had signed a contract.

5:01 p.m. — A man in the 100 block of Fescue Lane in Roseburg reported that his intoxicated neighbor came onto his property and flipped him off.

6:57 p.m. — A girl on a skateboard was bitten by a small dog in the 200 block of Umpqua View Drive in Roseburg.

9:45 p.m. — A woman reported that her cat had been hit by a .22 bullet in the 400 block of Azalea-Glen Road in Azalea.

Roseburg Police

5:52 p.m. — A 46-year-old transient man with a warrant out of Roseburg Municipal Court was spotted at the duck pond off Garden Valley Boulevard by an officer. He was taken to jail.

7:05 p.m. — A 36-year-old transient man who was trespassing at a gas station in the 300 block of Harvard Avenue reportedly yelled and charged at a store clerk. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass and harassment.

Sutherlin Police

8:30 a.m. — A report of a burglary was made in the 1400 block of Bebeau Lane.

9:37 a.m. — A hit-and-run was reported in the 700 block of West Central Avenue.

Douglas County sheriff

Ruby Lee Hajos, 32, of Roseburg on suspicion of first-degree forgery, first-degree theft, identity theft, methamphetamine possession, computer crime and second-degree theft.

Anthony Thomas Terra, 31, no address provided, on suspicion of two counts of methamphetamine possession, one of felony failure to register as a sex offender, third-degree escape, second-degree burglary and misdemeanor failure to register as a sex offender.

Ryland Franklin Thorp, 28, of Myrtle Creek on suspicion of three counts of third-degree rape and one of third-degree sodomy.

Jeremiah Kiley Ulam, 34, of Drain on suspicion of third-degree theft, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and a parole violation.

Roseburg Police

Jeremy James Hollamon, 31, no address provided, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
