Age 76, of Winchester, OR, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. The viewing will be held at 10 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 4051 NE Stephens St, Roseburg Church of God. Arrangements are being handled by Wilson’s Chapel of the Roses. A reception will be held after the service at 514 Page Road. Marjorie was born in Bandon, Oregon on June 6, 1936. Marjorie was married to Stanley Williams on September 2, 1955; they were married for 58 years. Marjorie is survived by her husband, Stanley Williams; their daughter, Jill Dimock and her husband Edward Dimock; her grandchildren: Megan McMurtrey and her husband Ian Chane; Rye McMurtrey and his wife Amber McMurtrey; Mandi Riley and her husband Casey Riley; and Lauren Dimock; her great-grandchildren: MaddiChane; AlliChane; Lily McMurtrey; and Abby McMurtrey; her siblings: Virginia Weaver; Robert Lee; Ken Lee; Jerry Lee; and Phyllis Stevens. Marjorie is preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa McMurtrey. Marjorie was a devoted house wife, mother, and grandmother. Service, humility, and mercy were spiritual gifts that the Lord blessed her with. She was dedicated to supporting, loving and cherishing those around her. Marjorie was sure to share the love of God with each person she encountered. Marjorie has left an imprint on the hearts of those who were blessed enough to have experienced her. As those who are left behind mourn the loss of the beautiful soul that Marjorie was; one must celebrate, for Marjorie is finally home with her precious daughter, Lisa, and God the Father, praising His name!
